Our network of partnered plumbers will refer their customers with water damage to our recorded hotline, which will route to your company. You only pay for a referral if it converts into a job.
For jobs processed through insurance, the fee is $450 per job. For jobs not processed through insurance, the fee is $250 per job.
We consider a job billable once work at the property begins. We will confirm with your company whether work has started and if, to your knowledge, the job has been or will be submitted as an insurance claim. We'll typically reach out 1-2 days after the initial service call to ask for this information.
We monitor your call answer rate, referral-to-job conversion rate, and the ratio of acquired insurance jobs to overall acquired jobs assessed as likely to become claims. The better these performance metrics, the more calls you will receive.
The caller ID will display a toll-free number instead of the caller's actual phone number. After a call concludes and is identified as a valid call, our system will send you the caller's phone number and text the caller your company's direct number.
If you miss a call, you will not be able to return it. The call will have been rerouted to another restoration company.
There are no other fees beyond the job fee mentioned above.
You are free to withdraw from the program at any time. Simply notify your account representative that you wish to stop receiving calls.
